Submission Guideline

To Write for The Third Third, please submit your work to Ann@Thethirdthird.com according to the following Guidelines.

We invite submissions relevant to thinking women in the third third of their lives, including commentary, essays, reviews, and expertise.

The goal of our online editorial product is to re-define the third third of our lives as a unique developmental stage rich in meaning, purpose, personal growth, and joy; by thinking about our health, our resources, our relationships, and our work in new ways; and acting, i.e. living, accordingly, and inviting women our age to join us.

We request that you submit only your own original and previously unpublished work. However, we also value as resources links to previously published work, both online and off, and excerpts from previously published work. But it must be your own.

Please submit all work electronically, preferably as a Word attachment, to Ann@Thethirdthird.com.

All submissions must include author’s full name, email address, telephone number, and brief biographical paragraph. Photo optional. Contributors will be identified on the site.

The Third Third reserves the right to edit submissions for length, consistency with AP style, and accuracy, but will review any changes with the author before posting. All submissions posted will be copyrighted by The Third Third.com.
